I am an animal photographer who works with rescued and retired racing greyhounds and finds inspiration in the faces of these beautiful dogs. Captured through a lens, you discover so much in their fleeting expressions: the hope and expectation as they look into your face in search of love; the shadow of sadness or fear in the eyes of a hound that has suffered; the nobility and stoicism that is so characteristic of the breed; but mostly the sheer happiness of being in your company and loving the moment. These hounds communicate their feelings so clearly and share with the camera a privileged glimpse into their souls.
